How to Make a Complaint
Last updated: October 2026
Problemsones Tree Service wants every homeowner to get fair and honest treatment. If something went wrong, tell us. This page shows how to file a complaint and what happens afterward. It is a general template, not legal advice.
Topics We Take Complaints On
You can write to us about:
- Your experience phoning or contacting Problemsones Tree Service
- How your personal information was handled
- Anything on this website that seems unclear or wrong
- The conduct of a provider we connected you with
Problems With a Provider
Providers in our network are independent businesses. They answer for their own quotes, pricing, work and customer service. If tree work on your property goes badly, start by raising it with the provider directly. Keep a written record.
Still tell us. Feedback on providers helps keep our network honest, and providers who repeatedly fall short may be removed. Note that Problemsones Tree Service cannot settle contract disputes, issue refunds for a provider's work, or decide matters on a provider's behalf.
Filing Your Complaint
Email contact@problemsones.living and include:
- Your name and how to reach you
- The date you contacted us or the provider
- The phone number you dialed or the form you used, if you remember
- The provider's name, if you know it
- A clear account of what happened and the outcome you want
After You Send It
We will confirm receipt by email, usually within a few business days. We then review the matter, which may include contacting the provider. Afterward we reply with what we found and any steps we are taking.
If You Are Still Unhappy
Reply and ask us to take another look. You may also reach out to your state's consumer protection office or attorney general, or your local Better Business Bureau. For concerns about licensed contractors, a state or local licensing office may be able to help too.
