Disclaimer for Problemsones Tree Service

Last updated: October 2026

Read this disclaimer before you use problemsones.living. It is a general template, not legal advice.

We Refer, We Do Not Work

Problemsones Tree Service is a referral and marketing service. We connect homeowners with independent tree removal providers. We do not fell trees, haul away fallen ones, grind stumps or trim branches. Any work at your property is done by an independent provider, never by Problemsones Tree Service.

No Endorsement or Warranty

A connection to a provider is not an endorsement of that provider. We give no warranty on the quality, timing, cost or results of a provider's work. We also cannot promise that a provider will be available in your area at a given time. Each provider answers for its own licenses, insurance, certifications and conduct.

General Information Only

The content here is general. It is not arborist, legal, insurance or financial advice. Every tree and property is different, so what fits one may not fit another. Talk to a qualified provider about your situation.

Cost Figures

Prices shown on this site are typical U.S. ranges. They are not quotes. Real costs shift with the job, location, tree size, access and more. Get a written quote from the provider before work starts.

Insurance Statements

What we say about insurance is general. We cannot tell you whether your policy covers a loss. That depends on your policy and your insurer's decision. Ask your insurer or agent about your coverage.

Safety

Tree work and fallen trees can involve power lines, falling wood and weakened structures. Do not take risks. Keep away from downed lines and notify your utility company. If life or safety is in danger, contact local emergency services first.

Compensation

Problemsones Tree Service may be paid by providers or marketing partners when we connect them with homeowners. See the Referral Marketing Disclosure for details.

Accuracy

We work to keep this website accurate and current. We do not warrant that it is complete or that it has no errors.
